Across fields and roles that appear quite different on the surface, I have consistently leveraged many of the same underlying capabilities, from systems thinking and narrative development to communication, orchestration, motivational leadership, and execution. The application shifts; the approach remains much the same.

Motivated by envisioning possibilities and doing the work required to make them real, I tend to hold the strategic view while remaining close to the details, bringing people and ideas together, and guiding complex projects from conception through completion.
